Navigating life in a healthy and productive way is something we are simply not taught in traditional education settings. Life can be challenging, relationships difficult however, with the proper toolkit, we will have a diverse skills set to draw on when we seek to achieve our goals and overcome obstacles. Our Life & Relationship Coaches are experienced, professionally trained, and knowledgeable with a proven track record of teaching and guiding clients on their journey.
With foundations in Psychology and Counselling Psychology, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Humanistic and Psychodynamic Approaches, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), client coaching plans are tailored made to most effectively meet individual client needs.
Through an understanding of our personal needs and development, and knowing how empowering it is when goals and dreams are accomplished, the Life Coaches at New Path Yoga & Soul Therapies are here to guide, support, and encourage you along your New Path.
Yoga means "to yoke", or union. Through the practice of yoga we are able to unite our mind, body, and spirit. Prana means life force in Sanskrit and therefore the practice of pranayama, yogic breath, is an essential aspect of the practice, as well as a versatile tools for practice in a variety of day-to-day and healing situations.
New Path offers a variety of personalized individual, private, group, and corporate classes for general wellness and therapeutic purposes to address issues, such as work-related stress, for example.
Our yoga offerings are for all levels and ages, including yoga for seniors, yoga in post-operative recovery, pre and post-natal yoga, and yoga and mindfulness for kids! We also apply yoga therapeutically to work towards healing a variety of physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual health issues. Private sessions are also available.
By bringing awareness to our thoughts, actions and words we can flip the script on how we respond to circumstances, people, and the environments within which we work, play, and live.
Meditation is an ancient practice that is modernly research-based which has proven effective in reducing dis-ease, as well as bringing calm and clarity to mind and body. Research supports the use of mindfulness and mediation in schools and workplaces as a means of teaching self-regulation, reducing stress and increasing focus, as well as in enhancing overall health and well-being.
Yoga Nidra is known as the Yogic Sleep and is a deep meditation practice that seeks to connect the conscious and sub-conscious minds while remaining in a state of waking. Yoga Nidra is an incredible way to charge and heal the energy body, as well as shed light on, and bring awareness to sub-conscious drives and behaviors patterns affecting us in our waking and dream states. Yoga Nidra can be practiced individually, in groups, and in therapeutic settings.
The quality of our lives and experiences can be measured in relation to the degree of health and well-being we feel in our minds, spirits, bodies, souls, and emotions. With a background in Psychology and Counselling Psychology, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Bullying Awareness, Child, Youth and Adult Health and Mental Health, we offer a safe, open space for support, counseling, and learning strategies for navigating through life and its multitude of experiences, situations, and opportunities for change.
Spiritual Development is more than just which religion or rites you practice. Spiritual development is about developing our greater connection to one another and the world around us. The environment and how we treat one another speaks loudly to the type of people we are, as does our degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
One by one we can affect change and learn to broaden our perspectives by removing limiting belief systems and outdated values that no longer serve the greater good of our souls, selves, the environment, and those who make-up the work around us.

Medical Intuition is the Complimentary Alternative Medicine practice of working with the human energy field known as the aura to determine the energetic, emotional, and/or spiritual cause of varies states of dis-ease. Working with the medical intuitive will offer you insight into areas or issues that are causing you discomfort, helping you to resolve short and long-term ailments.
Ayurveda is Sanskrit for life science. This ancient form of wellness and living considers our physical, mental, and spiritual constitutions throughout the seasons, considering the impact that temperature, food, and other aspects impact our overall constitutions.
